Sharni Vinson debuted as an actor in 2001, when she portrayed an appearance as a character in Home and Away, a soap opera in Australia. Her role was selected to play the main character in the soap opera in Australia Home and Away due to her performance on this particular part was so impressive that the casting agents requested her to play various parts. In the year 2019, Donna Martin reprised the part in the Beverly Hills 90210 spinoff.
